Return Policy

We'd love for you to be incredibly satisfied and proud of your purchase. Nothing pleases us more. As avid shoppers ourselves, we understand if you change your mind sometimes.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we'd gladly accept returns for items that are returnable. In each item page, you will see whether an item is returnable or not, with the exception of items that are marked down. We accept returns up to 7 days after receipt of the item (for Reloved, 3 days upon receipt of bag), in exchange for a 100% refund in the form of store credits (for Reloved, refund is in the form of cash).

To return an item, simply Contact Us or email us at and we'll get back to you on where to ship the item.

Marked Down Items
Items that are marked down are non-returnable unless the product is damaged upon receipt.

Exchange Policy
A product can be exchanged for an identical item of a different size and/or color, as long as it is in stock. Request for exchange will be accommodated if you contact us within 7 days of purchase (for Reloved, 3 days upon receipt of bag).

If the item is not in stock, however, we will refund the item in the form of store credits (for Reloved, refund is in the form of cash).

Price Adjustment
If an item goes on sale after you have purchased the same for the full price, Reloved cannot refund the price difference.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is non-refundable unless we have committed a shipping error. If the return is not a result of our mistake, the additional shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer.

Returned Items
Returns received in damaged or worn condition are non-refundable.

Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after arriving at the AVA warehouse.
