Schedule an appointment with a Reloved representative and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours. Once the schedule is set, Reloved will personally deliver the bag via Uber. By booking an appointment, you can see and check the bag first so you can decide if you really like it - and we're sure you will! Remember, if you don't confirm your appointment within a day after we get in touch with you, your appointment is immediately cancelled.
Here at Reloved, we don't want you to regret any of your decisions whether it is because you bought the wrong bag or let an awesome one slip to another buyer's fingertips.
Appointments are available in Makati, Taguig, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pasay and Quezon City.

When you see a bag you like, simply click the "BOOK AN APPOINTMENT" button.

Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, bags you want to book and your contact details so we can get in touch with you to confirm an appointment.
- For now, we only cover Makati, Taguig, San Juan, Quezon City, Pasig, Pasay and Mandaluyong.
- Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
A Reloved representative will deliver your bag via Uber (so you're sure it's delivered in great condition!).
- View the bag you've chosen.
- If you don't want it, there's no pressure to make the puchase!
- If you do want the bag - and we're confident you will! - we accept the following payment options: a check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
- Reloved adds a Php 400 service charge for appointment deliveries.
